2nd Annual ‘The Brave Shave’ benefits children with cancer and raises money to help find a cure. It is a fundraising event where people can come up and shave their heads for a great cause! The 22nd Annual Mebane Dogwood Festival starts on Friday, April 23rd with an afternoon Golf Tournament at Quaker Creek Golf Course and continue into the evening (6-10 pm) on Clay Street in Historic Downtown Mebane with carnival rides and a performance by The Mason Lovette Band. The Festival continues on Saturday, April 24th in Downtown Mebane (10 am – 5 pm) with a 5k run, car show, all day arts & crafts, rides, food and entertainment.
